Well I think most of us were working under the assumption Suzi was laying low due to the threats. However because I can't exactly tell that to people who ask about her IC, I have generally been saying she hasn't been too well lately. Of course this has led to speculation that its related to the Watchmen's condition(for those who know), and even one person thinking she was pregnant . It goes on much longer, somebody will think Britanic has murdered her and buried her corpse in the foundations of one of his new buildings . Infact one person who had noticed Suzi's long absence took it as a sign Brit was available once again and decided to try chat him up . So when Ammon does get back Suzi will need to show her face around a bit.

Brit and Marina's problems are pretty unknown amongst their friends, so Marina would still be invited anyway. Its because of so many shared friendships that Britanic has not done anything to resolve the issue with Marina, and he hopes she will sort herself out.

Getting back to the wedding and Gigs, if we go ahead with the plan to have the wedding on the -*test*-('") server then perhaps the amount of toon hopping needed would be unbearable, and we will stick to the classic wedding DJ (incidently, i have made a real nice club for the reception using the base editor). However if we change our minds and go with a forum event then everybody could show, and the Last Word can play without problem.

Billy Idol is one of my all time favorites, and seeing as Brit's musical tastes are based on my own, that would be fantastic!

If we are to have The Last Word's first gig next Friday, we should start building it up on the official forum asap.
If people are happy with calling it The Slip of the Tongue tour I could make a post describing the poster and listing the dates. Unless you want to do it, Gorbaz?
I suppose another thing we need to know is if we'll all be on next Friday for the aftershow party.

Unfortunately. No. I'm going home next friday. As I said though, Lance's participation in the afterparty isn't absolutely neccessary, so don't call the whole thing off just yet. perhaps we should meet up in game sometime soon if we want to do the tour poster?

Might but a good idea if you guys add to the thread to keep it alive. Describe things happening leading up to the event, such as DJ Zero talking about the gig. I thought the best location to say the gig took place would be the raised platform by the window with the truck outside it.

Last night was fun, The Last Word are officially on the map!
So, what's next. I thought we could run an advert for someone to provide security at our Perez gig.

That would be cool.

We could "recruit" to the SG.
The band/SG need tankers and scrappers.

Alas, it appears that the Last Word might be on it's last legs. Or, at least, suspended for a while. I only say this because, last night I popped on for a spot of RP lounging and/or beast bashing, but I was the only one there. Hex had been on earlier, but not sure how much earlier...

I think these small, concept SGs are hard to keep going by their nature. I certainly want to keep going with The Last Word though. Maybe we could have regular Pocket D sessions as that seems to be more what the SG is about than missions.

I was thinking that too. Just focus on being a social group more than anything

I've go a lot to do with the upcoming move and all. Doing missions will probably result in me going afk at irregular intervalls.

Perhaps we could start a new rp event with the Perez gig. Recruting security and posting about the surrounding publicity. Mothers Against Danger could pro-*test*-('") about all the young people wanting to go to Perez to see the gig etc.
